Continuing to plant saplings, weed, mulch and monitor

Hedging:

Pleaching along the upper section of Jacobs Ladder

Pruning some smaller bushes in the hedgerows

Planting:

Snowdrops and Bluebells in shady areas

Building:

Supports for bird feeders

Digging:

Removal of brambles and dock from grassland

Paths:

Adding stone to maintain condition

SUMMER/AUTUMN

Mowing and raking:

At different times to maximise development of wildflowers.

Raking of cut materials and using for mulching where possible

Seeding:

Wildflower seed if available

Building and fitting:

Bird and bat boxes

General surveillance of the fields is carried out at all times and includes litter picking and alerting the public where possible, using a coloured spray, to any dog poo that may be a health hazard.
